Kathy DelRose - 2016
Kathy has been a parishioner of St. Raymond for more than 40 years, she serves as a Eucharistic Minister, a Pastoral Care Minister to our homebound, and is president of our St. Vincent de Paul Society. She assists the Thursday morning coffee team, bakes for parish events and delivers flowers to the homebound during Easter and Christmas. She is a longtime member of a small Christian community faith sharing group. She is married to Rudolph “Skip,” and has two children and five grandchildren.
Eileen Hooks Guiterrez - 2015
A longtime parishioner, Eileen has served on the parish staff as the Director of Development for more than a decade. In recent years, she has served as the Projects Liaison with responsibility for overseeing the work being done on multiple capital projects including renovating the parking lots, improving accessibility in the Cathedral and enhancing safety in the school buildings. The Progress Report which runs in the parish bulletin and website. Eileen is the daughter of the late Walter and Agnes Hooks. She lives in Joliet with her husband Ralph and children Sam and Celeste.
Katie Choudhary - 2014
Katie truly lives her life that is pleasing to Our Lord and Mary. Katie has is proudly married to her husband, Mushtaq and the proud mommy of Anthony (5) and Maria (2). Katie taught in the Diocese of Joliet as well as in Schiller Park School District 81 for six years before Anthony was born. Prior, Katie played softball at Lewis University, so she left the classroom to pay it forward with her athletic and leadership skills as a full time fitness and nutrition coach from home, helping others to achieve their health and fitness goals as she runs a team of other coaches who do likewise. Katie leads the Baptismal Prep workshops here at the Cathedral, preparing new parents for their children's baptism, as she welcomes them into the ongoing community of new parents here in the parish. She also helps in our RCIA program and runs a Facebook group for a community of Catholic women to grow in their faith through book discussions every month.
